HYROX Milan I Season 24/25
HYROX returns to Milan for the first stage of the 2024/25 season and, for the occasion, doubles the dates with a two-day event that will take place on 19 and 20 October 2024. The location? Very confirmed: the Allianz MiCo will host the races with athletes from all over the world, for a race weekend that promises to be spectacular. Whether it's your first HYROX or you're an experienced athlete, Milan awaits you! Choose your division: women, men (open or pro), doubles (men, women - open or pro - and mixed) and relays (mixed, women, men).
Autumn in Milan is a wonderful season. In addition to enjoying the adrenaline of HYROX, meeting the other participants and enjoying an atmosphere of sport and sharing, you will be able to discover the city with its restaurants and bars, museums and architectural wonders between past, present and future. If you want to immerse yourself even more in the atmosphere of Northern Italy, you can extend your visit and visit the lakes, mountains and Ligurian sea. Finally, getting to Milan will be a no brainer, thanks to the many flights and trains that reach the city from all over Italy and Europe!

Hyrox è una gara globale di fitness per tutti. I partecipanti provenienti da tutto il mondo competono esattamente nello stesso formato. La gara inizia con una corsa di 1 km, seguita da 1 movimento funzionale, che si ripete 8 volte, svolgendosi in grandi spazi al coperto, creando un’atmosfera unica simile a uno stadio per tutti i partecipanti.
HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
